At The BerryKins, we ensure every product meets our quality standards. We want you to love every piece you choose for your little one. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns/exchanges make it simple.
Returns (Store Credit Only)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Store credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Any used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.
Refunds
- We do not offer monetary refunds. Only store credit will be provided for eligible returns.
How to Request
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details.
Go to our Return/Exchange Portal. Enter your Order Number and registered email/contact. Select the item, reason, and upload images (mandatory for defective/incorrect products). Choose Store Credit as the refund position.
Submit your request.
Requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, pickup happens in 1-3 working days. Store credit will be issued 2-3 working days after pickup (minus Rs. 100 reverse pickup charge).
Important Points
- Reverse Pickup fee: Rs 100 (deducted from store credit).
- If your request is rejected at QC, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.
- If your package shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond this period.
